AquaKindly swimming lessons are conducted in Tilehurst, Reading at the Park House Spa hydrotherapy swimming facility located opposite Prospect Park in 57 Honey End Lane, Reading, RG30 4EL. It is fully equipped for disabled access of the site and pool water – ramp, steps to water, ceiling hoist, guest wheelchair / shower chair, disabled bathroom and shower, 6 changing rooms.   • Lessons follow school term. Each term lasts 7-7 weeks.
  • Swimming lesson duration is normally 30 minutes.
  • School Age lessons are conducted 7 days a week. Only booked and paid lessons are guaranteed.
  • Lessons for regular timeslots are booked and paid termly.
  • Time slots for ad hoc and pay as you go lessons are allocated at the start and end of the teachers shift to avoid gaps in their schedule.
  • AKS reserve the right to offer earlier later slots in case of cancelations by other customers.
  • We aim to keep the same teacher throughout the term. A substitute teachers can be used in case or illness or emergency of the main teacher.
  • All lessons are conducted with exclusive use of the pool with the teacher in water.
  • Parents are welcome, spectators can be allowed subject to crowd control limitations.
  • No outdoor shoes or glass containers are allowed inside the poolhouse. No smoking and no alcohol anywhere on premises. Noise has to be kept to a minimum everywhere on premises due to sensory sensitivity of our visitors and neighbours.

If a lesson is missed and 24 hours’ notice is given a catch up lesson will be offered within the term. No refund or transfer to next term is offered.
